The Downlow Radio is produced by Block9, a young creative company specialising in set and environment design. Having freelanced for ten years in film and television, theatre, advertising and events, Stephen Gallagher and Gideon Berger joined forces and formed Block9 in Nov 2007. Block9 design and produce large scale artworks, stage sets, installations and live events from their studios in East London.
