The Downlow Radio is produced by Block9, a young company specializing in set and environment design. Having freelanced for ten years in the film, television, theatre, advertising and events industries, Stephen Gallagher and Gideon Berger joined forces and formed Block9 in 2007. Block9 design and produce artworks, stage sets, installations and live events from our studios in East London. Below are a few examples of our work.
