	We are very happy to have a new DJ show from Derek Bobus from Honey Soundsystem… Honey Soundsystem is San Francisco’s answer to the disco

re-emergence. This SF Sunday weekly was launched in 2006 to further the disco decadence and rich dance music culture the Bay Area is known for. A collection of extravagant party themes, international music guests and underground warehouse events put them on the map. Past guests include Pilooski, Hercules & Love Affair, Cosmo Vitelli, Garth, Derek Plaslaiko, the list goes on. The crew has since toured Europe and is also working on production, with 12″ releases and edits in the works, as well as the launch of Josh Cheon’s new label Dark Entries Records, and the release of their collaboration with Macro of Catholic, a never before heard album by Patrick Cowley.

About Tristan da Cunha

By the time he was 21 he had a residency at Back to Basics and an A&R position at 20/20 Vision which has lead to him being involved in a wide selection of the best underground music the world over for more than ten years. Tristan continues to play alongside the leading names in dance music and gain respect wherever he graces the decks with his musical agility.Drawing influence from across the globe his musical style is determined by his unique skills combining with fitting the right music to the situation and consistently creating special moments.
Showcasing his talent with regular guest spots at clubs such as Fabric, Below and Berlin’s infamous Panorama Bar as well as gigs in places like Ibiza, Croatia and Austria serve to reinforce his presence on the international scene. His Basics residency and the aforementioned mean that he has played alongside the likes of Francois K, Derrick Carter and My Love Is Underground to name a few.

Tristan’s skills and versatility range from the best in main room house through to eclectic Nu-Disco. As well as A&Ring for 20/20 Vision he also runs his own label Redux. The label has support from many leading D.J’s and producers like Greg Wilson, The Revenge and Prins Thomas while releases from artists such as Pete Herbert , Drrtyhaze and Soft Rocks continue to prolifically sell both digitally and on vinyl. As an avid vinyl collector Tristan continues to DJ both house and alternative Nu-Disco sets demonstrating his versatility and all round ability.

The Boogie Cartel is made up of Tom Armstrong, Gary Lewis, Saul Wilks and Captain Turtle - who came together after individual journeys through the football terraces, dark basement parties and dusty record shops of London, Wales and The Midlands. Their intimate parties take the dancefloor on a sexually charged exploration of sleazy disco, 80s electro and late-night soul to produce their signature ‘neon boogie’ sound. Most of all The Boogie Cartel is about love: love for the music, love for the parties, and love for the people who make them.
